With regular use the mask cushion loses its ability to seal. This coupled with hygienic concerns makes replacing the cushion important when needed. This will replace the cushion on the Quattro Air or AirFit F10 full face masks.
Recommended replacement as needed for proper seal. Wipe down once a day with a damp cloth and wash in warm, soapy water once a week with a gentle soap.

Increasingly Expensive and Not Helpful in Urgent Situations
The world is upside down with COVID. It is understandable that businesses are under a great deal of stress and pressure to perform under these incredibly difficult circumstances. CPAP is a vital medical device. It should be treated as an essential service. I was very disappointed with Medigas when my mask cushion developed a tear, requiring its replacement. This happened on Friday, and I was unable to contact Medigas until Monday when they next opened. After suffering two days without my machine, I called in to ask about a pick up. I was told that I could only order online, and that I would have to pay $13.00 for shipping and wait for the package to arrive. This was after having discovered that the prices on my mask model have jumped at least twenty dollars at the medigas web site per piece since I last replaced my mask in July; I think the full mask set might be forty dollars higher now. I'm very disappointed with medigas. From the general price creep I've noticed lately for accessories, to the refusal to accommodate to make arrangements to allow for pick up of the mask cushion so I could have it sooner when I really really urgently needed it (although there was certainly at least one somebody there to package it and put it in the mail so that I could wait for three days for it to arrive, going without therapy all the while.) There could have been solutions if Medigas were willing to find them. Instead, they just left me in need to suffer for almost a week without being able to use my machine, and charged me a rather steep fee for delivery on top of it. Given the circumstances, if they're going to refuse to allow people to pick up urgently needed items, they could at least pay the shipping. The next time I need supplies or accessories, I'm checking Amazon first, since the prices appear to be much cheaper, and you can get free two-day shipping, which is even faster than I got the order from medigas anyway. And if I don't find what I'm looking for on Amazon, I'm going to check out Vital Aire. Medigas will be my very last option if I can't find what I need elsewhere. It's a pity, because I was at one point was satisfied with their service and quite loyal to medigas. I'm afraid that has changed.
