Medigas MB Respironics Recall Update:

Update as of October 2024:

We would like to inform you that Philips Respironics will be taking over the completion of the recall process for your cpap device.  If you are still in possession of a recalled CPAP device, Philips is requesting that you register your information on their recall portal and they will follow up with you about resolution and issuance of a replacement device.

April 2024 Philips Respironics BIPAP A30 A40 Device Recall:

Update as of June 2024:

Respironics has provided an updated letter containing important information for the continued safe and proper use of your equipment.

Update as of May 2024: 

Medigas is waiting for Respironics to provide a plan of action for this recall. At this time, if you are using an A30 or A40 device, please continue to use it and our office will be in contact with you when the plan of action is known. See Letter to patients for troubleshooting.

June 2021 Philips Respironics CPAP & BIPAP Device Recall:

Update as of May 2024:   

In regards to Medigas patients only, All recalled CPAP units should be returned to Medigas. A replacement device will be ordered for all recalled CPAP units, however the recalled device needs to be returned to Medigas. If you are not a Medigas customer, please contact your CPAP provider.

Medigas does have a small supply of CPAP devices available on a first come first serve basis, please contact our office to arrange this at CPAPrecall@innovairgroup.com or 204-786-2727.
