Medigas Manitoba is pleased to help you with your insurance needs. Where permissible, Medigas allows for Assignment of Benefits, which can reduce or eliminate the out of pocket cost to you. Please find your insurance company listed below to have access to the information and forms required. If your insurance company is not listed, please complete the request at the bottom of the page.

If you require a fast turnaround for the equipment and supplies, we recommend that you purchase the equipment and supplies and submit the claim at that time. This will work well if you’ve already contacted your insurance provider to determine coverage.

It is advised that you contact your insurance provider using the contact information listed below to determine your sleep apnea equipment and supply coverage and required documentation if you have not done so already. *Note that for assignment of benefits we require written pre-authorization from your insurance company.
