Medigas Manitoba Ltd. ships from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba using Canada Post shipping and tracking. All products are in original packaging from the manufacturer.

Returns
Medigas Manitoba offers a 30-day return policy on all unopened products. Since these are personal health items, there are no returns accepted after opening. Please contact customer service at medigas.cpap@innovairgroup.com to arrange.

Warranty
Note that all warranties are replaced with an identical version of the defective product. If an identical version is not available, the manufacturer will determine the replacement.

CPAP machines offer a 3-year warranty.

Masks, tubing, and water chambers offer a 3-month warranty. Please contact customer service at medigas.cpap@innovairgroup.com to verify warranty replacement.
