A chin strap helps to hold your mouth closed and provides you with a more comfortable experience by reducing side-effects such as dryness in the mouth and throat, and air swallowing.

Recommended replacement as needed for proper velcro closure and stretch. Wash in warm, soapy water once a week with a gentle soap.

The single, slim strap easily slips off the back of your head rendering it useless most nights

Good Chin Strap

I have been using Resmed chin strap for many years. Recently, I purchased another brand's chin straps at half the cost of Resmed straps. The cheap straps proved to be junk. After washing them a few times during the first 2 weeks of use, the textile covering on the strap began to separate and left exposed glue. I had no choice but to throw them out and replaced them with the original Resmed chin straps. The quality and longevity is much better. In the end, you get what you pay for. Stick with Resmed straps.
